Here is a very quick sauce you can prepare while the pasta is cooking…
For two chaps
Get your food processor/blender and put in about three spoons of e.v.o., one clove of garlic, about six Piccadilly tomatoes that you have previously cleaned removing the seeds, 80 gr of nuts, five spoons of pecorino, a pinch of salt and pepper. Blend until the sauce gets creamy. Noe put the sauce in a bowl and cook it bain-marie while you boil your pasta.
When the pasta is cooked, add the sauce and the job is done
